4 cups warm water *see note
2 tbsp yeast
2 eggs
½ cup sugar
1 tsp salt
½ - 1 cube margarine, melted
10 cups flour, more or less

* can put in powdered milk with the water or use warm milk.

Directions:
Directions:
Mix water, yeast, eggs, sugar, salt, and butter in a mixer.
Add half of the flour and mix really well.
Put on dough hook and mix in the rest of the flour 1 cup at a time until you have a smooth dough. (When the dough LOOKS sticky, but when touched does not stick to your finger)
Let it raise for 1 - 1½ hours.
Form loaves and let raise ½ hour.
Bake at 375º for 30-35 min.
