1 pkg. yeast
¼ cup warm water
3 cups flour
½ tsp. salt
1 tbsp. sugar
1 cup margarine, room temperature
½ cup milk
2 eggs, beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Soak the yeast in warm water for 20 minutes.
Mix flour, salt, sugar, and margarine together with a pastry cutter.
Add in yeast mixture, milk, and eggs. Knead until soft. Place in a covered bowl in the fridge for 2 to 3 hours or overnight.

Oven to 350º F. Cut dough into thirds. Sprinkle the sugar/cinnamon mixture down on the work surface and roll out one-third of the dough into a thin circle. Cut into pie wedges and roll wide to point. Place on a parchment paper-lined cookie sheet. Repeat for the other two-thirds of the dough.
Bake for 17 minutes or until scuffles are a golden colour.
