12 oz. Captain Morgan Original Spiced Rum
16 oz., fresh orange juice (about 4 oranges)
8 oz. pineapple juice
2 oz. fresh lemon juice (about 2 lemons)
2 oz .Rose's Grenadine
Orange Slices
Lemon Slices
Mint Springs


1/3 simple syrup: 1 cup superfine sugar, 1 cup water

Make Simple Syrup:
Combine sugar and water. Stir over low heat until sugar is dissolved.
bring to boil--Cook without stirring for 1-2 minutes.
Cool completely.
Refrigerate in a coered container for up to 2 weeks.

Fill 2 quart clear pitcher halfway with ice.
Add rum, orange juice, pineapple juice, lemon juice, simple syrup and grenadine.
Stir to mix.
Garnish with orange and lemon slices and sprigs of mint.
