1 cup of oats
1 cup of plant based milk
Hand full of blueberries
1 tsp of syrup
2 tsp of ground flaxseeds
3 strawberries
1/2 banana
Half sliced lemon
3 slices of cucumber
Few mint leaves

Directions:
Directions:
1 Add the lemon, cucumber and mint to a glass fill with filtered water and leave in the fridge over night. Drink first thing in the morning it will help to detox your body ready for the day.

2 For the overnight oats, add the oats, plant based milk, syrup, flaxseeds and blueberries together and mix well add in the fridge over night. In the morning add some chopped strawberries and banana then enjoy.
