4lbs potatoes
1/3 c butter, melted
1/2 c parmesan cheese
3 eggs
1/2 c milk (add more if needed to make potatoes looser)
2 c (8oz) mozzarella cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Mash potatoes; add butter, eggs, milk, and parmesan cheese
Beat till blended and smooth
Stir in moz cheese
Pour into a casserole dish sprayed with pam
Sprinkle 1 Tbls parm cheese on top

Bake 375 for 25 - 30 min
