1 pound turkey breast tenderloin or cutlets, sliced ½" thick
½ cup all-purpose flour
3 tablespoons olive oil (more if needed)
1 can of whole cherry pie filling
2 tablespoons frozen orange juice concentrate
1 tablespoons packed brown sugar
2 tablespoons cold butter, cut into 4 pieces

Preheat oven to 200ºF. Line baking sheet wtih foil.

Season turkey with salt and pepper. In a large ziip-lock bag combine turkey and flour. Shake.

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add turkey and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until cooked through. Add additional oil if necessary. Transfer cooked turkey to baking sheet in oven to keep warm.

Scrape pan for any brown bits, add cherry pie filling, orange juice, and brown sugar. Bring to a boil. Cook for 1 minute, reduce heat, add butter. Remove turkey from oven and place on plates. Spoon cherry sauce over turkey. Serve hot.
