¾ c milk
2 T butter
18 eggs, beaten with salt and pepper
1 to 1½ lbs bacon, cooked and crumbled
15 oz sour cream
1½ c cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Heat milk and butter in a skillet or pot. Add the eggs and cook until set (real moist). Pour egg mixture in a greased 13" by 9" inch dish. Sprinkle crumbled bacon on top of eggs, spread the sour cream over the bacon and top with cheese. Better if made the night before and heated in the morning. Bake until heated through, at 350º for about 20 to 30 minutes.
