¾ cup cold butter cubed
4 eggs
1½ tsp baking soda
¼ tsp. sea salt
1½ cups granulated sugar
2 tsp. vanilla ext.
1½ tsp. baking powder
3 cups all-purpose flour
1½ cups sour cream or Greek yogurt
2 whole Granny Smith apples Peeled, cored and diced (about 3 cups)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Bake for 55-65 min or until pick inserted in center comes out clean
line with parchment paper a 9 x 13 in pan then butter parchment paper.
Add: ¾ cup cold butter to mixing bowl and beat until smooth and creamy
Slowly add: sugar while beating at med. speed until light and fluffy
Add:eggs, one at a time, beating well between each addition
Scrap sides of bowl, between each egg
Add:vanilla and mix well
Batter should be light and fluffy
Add: baking soda, baking powder and sea salt.
beat on med. speed till well combined scrape sides of bowl
Add: 1 cup of flour at a time; alternating with ½ cup sour cream mixing on low speed
just until combined being careful not to over mix
Repeat until all the flour and sour cream has been added
Mix in diced apples, until evenly distributed
Spread half of cake batter into bottom of prepared pan, spread to edge
spread ⅓ of the brown sugar cinnamon crumb over batter, cover with remaining batter, use a knife
to swirl in cinnamon crumb topping. Press crumb topping between fingers to put crumb on top

1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
6 tablespoons cold butter cubed

Directions:

Mix together brown sugar, flour and cinnamon
using a mixer or pastry cutter mix in the cubed cold butter
until crumbly
