1 pkg yellow cake mix
4 oz pkg instant vanilla pudding
1 large can crushed pineapple with juice
1 cup granulated sugar
1 large container of Cool Whip
1 oz coconut

Directions:
Directions:
1. Prepare cake mix by directions on box
2. Bake in a 9”x13” pan at least 3” deep
3. Remove from oven and make holes that are close together with a large meat fork
4. Put pineapple and sugar in a small sauce pan – bring to a boil and then pour evenly over warm cake – refrigerator
cake until cool (about 2 hours)
5. Remove cake from refrigerator and make holes I inch apart with the end of a wooden spoon.
6. Prepare pudding by directions on box mix and beat – pour immediately over cake making sure all holes are filled.
7. Evenly spread the thawed whipped topping and sprinkle coconut on top – refrigerator overnight
