1 firm tofu
1 tsp of olive oil
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp of smoked paprika
1 tsp of crushed black salt ( add more for a more eggy taste )
1/2 tsp of garlic salt
Pinch of pepper
1 tbsp of natural yeast

Directions:
Directions:
1 Start by draining the water from the tofu, then chop into small chunks.

2 Heat a large frying pan over a medium heat with 1 tsp of olive oil then add the chunks of tofu, using a wooden spoon lightly start to mash the tofu stirring occasionally.

3 After you have lightly mashed all the tofu, add all the other ingredients apart from the natural yeast. Mix together cook for a further 5 minutes then add the natural yeast and cook for a further 2 minutes then serve and enjoy.
