1 tsp of olive oil
1 tin of drained chickpeas
1 chopped chilli
2 crushed garlic cloves
1 tsp of smoked paprika
1 tsp of turmeric
1 tsp of cayenne pepper
1 handful of spinach

Directions:
Directions:
Add 1 tsp of olive oil to a frying pan over a medium heat, add the chopped chilli and crushed garlic then the drained chickpeas. leave them to cook for about 10 minutes stirring occasionally.
then add the dry ingredients and mix well then add the spinach and cook for a further 5 minutes.
serve and enjoy
