50g dairy free butter
1 1/2 tbsp of garlic powder
mixed chopped veg
Fresh parsley

Directions:

1 Rinse the rice then add to a saucepan cover with cold water and bring to a boil, Then leave to simmer 15 - 20 minutes, add more water if needed.

2 Drain the rice and add to a large mixing bowl, Add the dairy free butter, garlic powder and cooked veg, mix well then season with fresh parsley.
