1 cup Nabisco 60% Bran cereal
1 cup boiling water
1¼ cup sugar
½ cup butter
2 cups Buttermilk
2 eggs, beaten
2 cups AllBran cereal
2½ cups Flour
1 tsp. baking soda
½ tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together the bran cereal and the water. Let sit.
Cream together the sugar and butter
Mix together the buttermilk and eggs. Add to creamed mixture.
Mix together All Bran, flour, baking soda, and salt
Add to creamed mixture.
Add the Bran cereal and water mixture.
Refrigerate for 2 hours before putting in a greased muffin tin.
Bake at 400º for 15-20 minutes.
May be refrigerated 4-5 weeks or freeze.
DO NOT stir when scooping into muffin tin.
