3 garlic cloves
1 tsp of garlic powder
Two onions
1 bag of pasta
2 tins of chopped tomatoes
2 tbsp of ground linseeds
2 tbsp of dried mixed herbs
1 bag of meat free balls
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1 Pre heat the oven to gas mark 5, put the bag of meat free balls on a baking tray and put in the oven for 20 minutes.

2 Whilst the balls are in the oven, place the pasta into a large saucepan, add boiling water to cover and boil for 20 minutes.

3 Chop the onions & garlic and fry in a frying pan, fry until soft. Chop the fresh tomato’s Add chopped tomatoes to the same frying pan and 1 tsp of garlic powder, the linseeds and mixed herbs. leave too simmer then add the pasta and meat free balls simmer for a further 5 minutes then serve and enjoy.

My children love vegan meat balls we experiment with different flavours, you can also use vegan sausages for this recipe and it keeps well in the fridge so perfect for pack lunch boxes.
