1lb Ricotta
1lb cream cheese
1/2 pt sour cream
1 Tbls lemon juice or juice from half lemon
4 eggs
1tsp vanilla
1/4 lb butter
1 1/2 c sugar
3 Tbls flour

Strawberry Topping
1pkg frozen strawberries thawed
Cornstarch

Directions:
Directions:
Cream ricotta and cream cheese, add sugar and continue beating until smooth
Add lemon juice, vanilla, flour, cornstarch - beat well after each addition
Beat in eggs one at a time
Gradually beat in melted butter
Blend in sour cream
Continue beating until well blended
Pour into an ungreased springform pan (medium 9-inch pan)

Bake 320º for 1hr then turn off the oven and leave inside for 2 more hours
Cake may be served plain or topped with any pie filling

Strawberry Topping
Separate strawberries from liquid
In small pan add liquid and enough cornstarch to thicken juice
Cook on low heat until thick and boiling
Remove from heat and cool
