2 cups lukewarm water
1 tsp. sugar
1 pkg. yeast

½ cup sugar
1½ tsp. salt
4 eggs, beaten
½ cup oil
7 cups flour (approximate)

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve the first amount of sugar in the lukewarm water. Sprinkle in the yeast and let sit for 15 minutes.
Mix the remaining ingredients into the yeast mixture and let sit, covered, in a cool place overnight.
Make buns (or cinnamon buns) in the morning. Let rise for 2 hours.
Bake at 350º F for 20 to 25 minutes.
