2 tbsp of butter
2 tbsp flour
1 cup milk
2 eggs beaten
3 tbsp Worcestershire
6 slices bread – crumbled
1 lb can or fresh crab meat
½ tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt
Little chopped parsley
Directions:
Directions:
Mix butter, flour, and milk in a sauce pan – cook until thin as cornstarch – then add eggs one at a time – stirring while adding then cool – add all additional ingredients mixing well – refrigerate until cold and gooey - make crab patties - cook in ½ cup Crisco until brown.
