1/2 to 3/4 lb macaroni
1 lb ground beef
1 C chopped onion
2 cans stewed tomatoes with juice
2 t chili powder
2t salt
1 C shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook macaroni, drain
In a large skillet, brown meat and onions, drain fat, if any.
Stir in tomatoes, chili powder, salt. Heat through. Combine with macaroni, turn into 3 qt. casserole dish. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake for 20 minutes on 375º or until hot throughout. This was one of Tommy’s favorites.
