Personal Notes:
Rachael first brought this recipe to a family gathering and it has become a holiday must-have at Thanksgiving and Easter. Patrick could eat this by himself, so, I always double or triple the recipe, besides, what am I supposed to do with the other half of the bag of macaroni and who doesn't love mac and cheese?!
