4 large chicken breasts, boiled, de-boned
1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm dressing mix
1 yellow onion, diced
2 ribs of celery, diced (optional)
1 stick butter, melted
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 cans chicken broth

Directions:
Directions:
Tear up chicken and set aside. Pour melted butter over dressing mix and stir well. Set aside and reserve a small amount to go on top of dish. Mix one can of cream of chicken soup with one can of chicken broth. Set aside. Spray one 9/13 casserole dish with cooking spray. Place a layer of dressing mixture in bottom of dish. Add a layer of chicken, onion, and celery. Pour soup & broth mixture over dressing and chicken layers. Add next layer of dressing mixture, chicken, onion, celery, and the other can of soup & broth mixture. Top with small amount of dressing mixture. Cook at 350º for 45 minutes or until bubbly. Enjoy!
