Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup brown sugar (packed)
3 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 milk
1/4 olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon

In a large bowl beat eggs the add remaining above ingredients. Mix well.

Add:

4 1/2 cup quick oatmeal
3/4 cup raisins, chopped
1 apple, chopped
1/3 cup walnuts, chopped

Directions:

Mix well and pour in 9x13 inch greased pan. Bake in 350 degree oven for 25 minutes.

Serve warm with whipped topping or fruit.
