I pkg. of Ranch dip powder
I bunch of cilantro
I c. of sour cream
I c. of mayonnaise
3-4 jalapenos


Directions:
Directions:
Rinse, dry and chop the cilantro
Rinse, remove seeds and white pith from the jalapenos and then slice them

Put all ingredients in a food processor or blender and pulse until smooth.

Refrigerate for 30 minutes for flavors to combine. Serve with your favorite tortilla chips or fresh veggies.

I found this recipe on the internet and it reminds me of the creamy, green sauce at a local restaurant in town that is so delicious.

The recipe called for 3-4 jalapenos, but, I only used two and it was not spicy at all. Next time, I may try three, but, I do not want it so hot that we cannot eat it. If you enjoy spicy dips, be brave and add 4 jalapenos!
