2 cups flour
2 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
2 Tbsp poppy seeds
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup unsalted butter
1/4 cup oil
2 eggs
1 Tbsp and 1 tsp almond extract
1 cup buttermilk

Directions:

Mix wet ingredients in mixer, then add dry ingredients, mix poppyseeds in last, bake at 375 for 20 minutes or so, makes 18 regular sized muffins or 6 king sized muffins.
