6 Tbsp olive oil
6 Tbsp flour
1 Tbsp ground chili powder
2 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp salt
Pinch of cinnamon
4 Tbsp tomato paste
4 cups vegetable broth (or chicken broth)
4 tsp vinegar (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix spices and flour together in a bowl, cook like gravy in oil, place broth pre measured and tomato paste by stove, once flour is cooked add in the tomato paste and broth and whisk until thickened, rest on counter, and add vinegar.
