2 cups milk
cup sugar
3 tbsp cornstarch
pinch salt
1 tsp butter
3 eggs separated
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Cook on top of stove, saving egg whites for meringue. Pour into pie shell. Graham crust works best.
Top with Meringue (recipe with sour cream pie) Top with a few graham wafer crumbs and bake till meringue is cooked.

Another staple back in the day when milk and eggs were plentiful. Very simple recipe and so easy.
