1 Head of cabbage chopped
4 slices of bacon small diced
1 tbs butter
1/2 cup of chicken broth
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Add diced bacon to a pan on medium high heat and cook until browned. Remove bacon from pan and set aside. Add butter and let melt, then add cabbage to pan. Stir until cabbage is coated in the oils. Let cook until cabbge is wilted and reduced. Add chicken broth, and cook until cabbge is tender, about 10 minutes. When done add salt and pepper to taste.

Serve cabbage with diced bacon on top.
