1/2 Medium onion small diced
2 cloves of garlic minced
1 Lb medium shrimp
1/2 Lb of smoked sausage sliced into 1/2 inch rounds
2 tbs fresh lemon juice
1.2 stick of butter cut into pieces
2 tbs olive oil
2 tsp of hot sauce (such as tobasco)

Directions:
Directions:
Place saute pan over medium high heat and add olive oil. When heated add sausage and saute until browned, then add oinions and garlic. Cook until onions are translucent and garlic is fragrant. Add shrimp and cook until pink. Add pieces of butter, hot sauce and lemon juice, stir to coat. Cook for one minute more and turn off the heat. Remove from pan to avoid overcooking.

Can be served over rice or pasta.
