1 pound small shells
2 T olive oil
4 cloves of garlic chopped
1 cup chopped tomatoes
1 10oz. package of frozen peas
3/4 cup crumbled good-quality blue cheese
1/2 cup good-quality spaghetti sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Bring a large pot of water to a boil, add the pasta, and cook according to the package directions. Drain well and keep warm.

Meanwhile, heat the oil in a medium sauté pan over high heat until hot. Add the garlic, tomatoes, peas, salt and pepper, and cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes. Add the drained pasta and toss until combined. Stir in the blue cheese and sauce and toss until mixed.

Divide the pasta among 6 bowls or plates and sprinkle each serving with a little parmesan cheese.
