Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 cups flour
1/4 tsp. salt
8 oz. cream cheese
1 cup butter

Assorted jams

Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour with salt. Cream butter and cream cheese with an electric mixer. Slowly add flour mixture to creamed mixture. Mix until incorporated. Roll 1 tsp. size ball of the dough and place on cookie sheet until sheet is full. Press indentation (not a hole all the way through) in the center and fill with a bit of jam. Bake at 375 for 12 to 15 minutes. May take a bit longer if you roll the balls too large.

When cookies come out of the oven, cool on wire racks. When completely cool, sift with powdered sugar.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Careful with the jam. If you overfill indentation, it will run out and stick to cookie pan for a hot damn jam mess.
