½ cup extra virgin olive oil
½ cup soy sauce
3 to 4 garlic cloves, minced
salt & pepper, to taste
4 (6oz.-8oz.) salmon fillets

Directions:
Directions:
Mix olive oil, soy sauce, garlic, salt and pepper in zip lock bag. Add fish to bag, coat with marinade, seal bag and refrigerate 1 to 2 hours. Lightly oil grill and bring to medium-high heat. Cook fillets 5 to 10 minutes until opaque throughout and fish flakes easily. Makes 4 servings.
