1 cup butter, softened
1½ cups sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
2¾ cup flour
2 tsp cream of tarter
1 tsp. baking soda
½ tsp. salt
3 tbsp sugar+ 1 tbsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
mix together dry ingredients (except 1 tbsp sugar and 1 tbsp. cinnamon)
Cream together sugar and butter; add eggs and vanilla, blend well
add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix well
shape dough into 1 inch balls and roll in cinnamon sugar
place 2 inches apart on cookie sheet
Bake for 8-10 min.
