1/2 pound ground sausage
1/2 pound ground beef
1 cup chopped onions
1 package taco seasonings
4 oz green Chile’s
2 cups Monterey Jack cheese shredded
2 cups cheddar cheese shredded
8 eggs beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat and drain fat. Add 1cup of onions and a package taco seasonings to meat mixture.

Pre heat oven to 400 bake 2 pie shells for 7 minutes.

As you are getting ready to make each pie you will half/divid the meats, chilli, eggs and cheese mixture save 1 cup of the cheese to divide and put on tops of each pie.

Put drained 1/2 can of chillies in bottom of each pie, cheese, meat mixture, eggs and top with a 1/2 cup of cheese mixture.

Bake until pie is set about 15/20 minutes.

Garnish with sour cream, salsa or taco sauce.
