A hand made replacement for Cream of chicken soup or Cream of mushroom soup We use it for chicken Tetrazzini (DELICIOUS!!!! ) 2 tbsp butter 3 tbsp. flour ¼ tsp salt few grains of pepper 1 cup chicken stock ⅓ cup cream for mushroom soup add cup sliced mushrooms season as desired
melt butter, add flour, salt and pepper blend well slowly add 1 cup chicken stock bring to a boil for 2 min, remove from heat and add cream
