Sheet Cake Frosting

2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 cup butter
1 cup water
2 large eggs
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tsp. almond extract

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º Grease a 15x10x1 baking pan
In a large bowl wjisl first five ingredients.
In a small saucepan, combine butter and water, bring just to a boil.
Stir into flour mixture.
In a small bowl, whisk eggs, sour cream and extract together until blended. Add to flour mixture, stir until blended.

Bake 18-22 minutes until golden brown and toothpick comes out clean

Cool 15 minutes and spread with frosting while still warm.

1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup milk
4 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. almond extract
1 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine butter and milk in large saucepan, bring just to a boil. Remove from heat, gradually stir in powdered sugar. Spread over warm cake. Sprinkle with walnuts.
