1 pound sausage
1 cup (4 oz) shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup (4 oz) shredded Monteray Jack cheese
½ cup finely chopped onion
1 can (4 oz) chopped green chilies
1 tbsp minced jalapeno pepper
10 eggs
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
in a large skillet: cook sausage over med. heat until no longer pink. Drain
Place in a greased 9 x 13 inch pan.
Layer with cheeses, onion, chilies and jalapeno- if desired.
In a bowl beat the eggs and seasonings, pour over cheese.
Bake uncovered at 375 degrees for 18-22 min.
or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean
Cool for 10 min.
