Judy's Broccoli Salad Recipe

2 bunches raw broccoli
1 small red onion
cup raisins
6-8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

Dressing:
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup sugar
2 Tbls. Vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Fry bacon and crumble.

Cut broccoli heads off stalks. Cut the heads into smaller pieces, if needed.
Cut red onion into tiny pieces.

Put broccoli and red onion and raisins into large bowl. (You can refrigerate this mixture overnight if needed.)

Mix together dressing.

Just before serving, pour the dressing and crumbled bacon on the broccoli mixture. Combine well so dressing mixes with all the broccoli mixture.
