1 slice bread torn into small pieces
2 tbsp. milk
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 egg, beaten
2 basil leaves, chopped
1 tsp. minced rosemary
1 tsp. pepper
1 pound ground beef
4 ( 1 oz, ) slices cheddar or pepper jack cheese - optional
4 hamburger buns
Directions:
Directions:
mix: first 7 ingredients into ground beef
grill or fry hamburgers
lay cheese on top before moving from grill so the cheese can melt
put hamburgers on buns and serve
