Beef Lombardi Pasta Recipe

1 lb ground beef, browned
1 lg onion
1 (14-oz) can diced tomatoes
1 (10-oz) can Rotel
2 t sugar
2 t salt
t pepper
1 (6-oz) can tomato paste
1 bay leaf
1 (6-oz) bad egg noodles
1 c sour cream
1 c cheddar cheese
1 c parmesan cheese
1 c mozzarella cheese

Brown beef with onion. Stir in tomatoes and next 4 ingredients. Cook 5 min. Add tomato paste and bay leaf. Simmer for 30 min. Remove bay leaf. Cook egg noddles according to package directions. Mix noodles with sour cream and spread in a greased 13x9 inch dish. Top with beef mixture; sprinkle evenly with cheeses. Bake on 350 covered for 30 min and uncover and bake another 5 min.
