4 chicken breast with skin removed, cubed
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1/2 c. finely chopped celery
1 lb. frozen vegetables
1 pkg. Teays Valley Biscuit Mix (Bisquick)
1 pkg. Teas Valley Chicken Gravy Mix
1 1/2 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
In a skillet put the chicken and the frozen veggies.
Cook on medium until celery is tender. Drain excess water.
Prepare gravy mix as directed and remove from heat.
Prepare biscuit mix with milk.
Pour chicken mixture in bottom of 2 quart casserole dish that has been sprayed with vegetable spray.
Add gravy mixture to chicken and place biscuits of top.
Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes or until biscuits are done.

When I lived in WV there was a company that made Teays Valley mixes. Mom & the family prefered the Teays Valley over the other commercial mixes. It is 2020 now and they still make the mix. Most of it sold around WV and surrounding states. I can still order it. It makes the best biscuits and dumplings.
