3 cups flour
1 tbsp. baking powder
tsp salt

3 cups sugar
1 cup butter, softened
cup shortening
5 eggs
1 cup milk
6 Tbsp. lemon juice
zest from 1 lemon





Directions:
Directions:
mix together: flour , baking powder and salt
set aside

Beat together: sugar,butter and shortening
Add: flour mixture and beat till combined
Add: eggs one at a time beat after each until mixed in
Add: milk,lemon juice and zest from one lemon
Mix well

pour into a lg. bundt pan or 2 loaf pans which have been greased and floured
Bake at 350 degrees until it tests done or about 55 min
