4 c. chicken stock
1 c. water
1 - 14.5 oz. can Italian style diced tomatoes
1 - 9 oz. pkg. refrigerated cheese tortellini
1 - 12 oz. pkg. fully cooked Italian chicken sausage, cut into bite size pieces
1 - 15 oz. c. cannelloni beans, drained and rinsed.
4 c. (packed) pre-rinsed pre-chopped kale leaves.

Directions:
Directions:
In medium stockpot combine stock, water and tomatoes. Bring to a boil.
Add tortellini; adjust heat to maintain gentle boil and cook 2 minutes.
Add sausage, beans & kale. Bring to low simmer and cook 10 min.
