1 T brown sugar
1 T yellow mustard
1/2 t. salt
dash of pepper
1 (1 lb.) pork tenderloin

preheat oven to 425
In a bowl mix first 4 ingredients (I double this part, and put second half on half way thru baking).
Line a dish with parchment or foil for easy clean up. Spray the dish. Place the pork, pat dry and rub with mixture.

Bake pork for 20-30 minutes, or until 145 degrees.

after slicing, pour juices from pan over the top.
