1 3-4 lb. roast (boneless rump or bottom round)
1/2 cup soy sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
1 1/2 teaspoons Kitchen Bouquet
1/2 package Lipton's Onion Soup Mix
5 cups water
2 large onions
1/4 cup butter
toasted French rolls

Directions:
Directions:
Lightly brown onion slices in butter. Combine soy sauce, garlic, Kitchen Bouquet, onion soup mix and water.
Place roast in slow cooker. Add soy sauce mixture and onions. Cover and cook on low for approximately 8 hours.
Remove roast and shred or slice. Serve on French rolls; use sauce for dipping.
