Egg Noodles 1 Bag
Ground Beef 1#
Green Pepper 1 Medium Chopped
Onion 1 Medium Chopped
Campbells Tomato Soup 1 Family Sized Can (Campbell's only)
Monterey Jack Cheese 2 Cups or so
Salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
In large pot, prepare noodles at directed on package.
Heat oven to 375º

In large skillet, brown ground beef, onion, and green pepper. Drain grease

Drain noodles and place them back into the pot.

Add the meat mixture and Campbell's Tomato Soup.

Stir in 1/4 of the cheese.

Place into 9x14 baking pan and cover with the rest of the cheese. Bake at 375º until golden and bubbly.

We serve it with a side salad and bread and butter. (Our family loves the taste of the Ranch dressing on the Johnny Marzetti)

I remember Marty showing Mom how to make this recipe when we lived on Norwaldo Avenue. I watched as they put the pan into the oven. Have loved this recipe ever since!
