2 C PARSLEY
C CHIVES
1 TBSP TARRAGON
C PISTACHIOS
C GRATED PARMIGIANO REGGIANO
2 GARLIC CLOVES
2 ANCHOVY FILLETS
TPS. SALT
TBS PEPPER
C OLIVER OIL

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all the ingredients except the olive oil in a food processor. Pulse for several seconds, until the mixture turns into a paste. (you can also use a blender). Slowly add the oliver oil through the feed tube while pulsing for about 10 seconds.
Scrape down the sides, and pulse once or twice more. Use immediately or transfer it to a jar, top with a thin layer of oliver oil, cover and refrigerate until ready to use. Enjoy!
