For each pound of ground beef:
1 egg
tsp worcestershire sauce
tsp salt
tsp pepper
1/4 cup shredded romano, parmesan or blended Italian cheese
1/4 c breadcrumbs
2 Tablespoons italian seasoning
1 Tablespoon onion powder
1 tablespoon garlic powder

Directions:

Mix all ingredients, knead well form meatballs to desired size ( I make them 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 inch.
Bake in 400º oven 15 to 20 minutes or until browned and internal temperature is 160.
Add them to your favorite tomato sauce.
