Per 1 pound of ground beef:
1 egg
tsp of Worcestershire sauce
tsp pepper
tsp salt
2 tablespoons of Memphis Rub
1/2 cup to 3/4 shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and knead. Roll mixture into meat balls from 1 to 1 1/2 inch.

Grill on in aluminum pan or on a rack about 15 minutes or untilk internal temperature is 160º.

Once cooked coat with bbq sauce and serve hot.

These meatballs are grilled on the bbq but they can also be baked in the oven.
