Fruit Crispy

5 cups rhubarb or
4 cups apples or cherries or
2 cups blueberries or raspberries or peaches or
19 ounce can cherries or peaches or applesauce

1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/3 cup sugar
cup water

2/3 cup flour
2/3 cup rolled oats
cup brown sugar
1/3 melted butter or liquid oil

1. Prepare fruit; place in a 6 by 8 inch baking dish
2. Add sugar and lemon juice
3. Combine dry ingredients
4. Add oil to dry ingredients and mix until crumbly
5. Sprinkle over fruit
6. Bake until fruit is tender (40 minutes)
