1/2 cup olive or avocado oil
1 t dry mustard
1/2 anchovy paste
1 egg
juice from 2 lemons
1-2 t red wine vinegar
1-2 t worchestershire sauce
1/2 - 1 head garlic (to taste)
1 T cracked black pepper
1 t salt
1/4 red onion (optional)
2-4 T plain, unsweetened yogurt

Directions:
Directions:
Put all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Dressing is quite thin; adding a few tablespoons thick unsweetened yoghurt will help thicken it.
