½ cup Raisins
1¾ Water or Cider

Simmer the above: Then Add;
1 tbs Cornstarch
1 tsp mustard
⅓ cup brown sugar
½ tsp salt
Few grains of pepper
2 to 4 tbs apple cider vinegar

Mix together and add vinegar, then stir in raisins and water
